By using this service/website The Client is agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service of use, (“Terms & Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Together with our privacy policy govern Earthen de Luna relationship with The Client in relation to this service. Throughout the business/website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Earthen de Luna.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. The Client acknowledges that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be The Client’s own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Our website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Earthen de Luna takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Commencement of Work

Acceptance of quote/invoice/online ordering from Earthen de Luna constitutes agreement to these terms of service.


Full payment is required prior to the processing of your order. An invoice will be emailed to you once your order is placed. A receipt for payment will follow shortly after.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by PayPal, secure online credit card processing, internet banking transfer or cash in hand, if collecting.

For custom designs - The Client agrees to pay a 50% retainer of the quoted amount to commence any design project, with the balance payable prior to delivery. In the case of a change of mind by The Client this retainer is non-refundable.

Shipping and Handling

Once we have received your product order we aim to process and dispatch within 2-5 business days or sooner when possible. Crystal crowns, bridal attire/party bundles and custom designs require a minimum 14 day creation process timeframe. Australia Post’s delivery timeframes are additional to the above-mentioned timeframes. pending your chosen method.

While every care is taken at Earthen de Luna to ensure that your order is received in excellent condition, we cannot be held accountable for loss or damages caused by third parties, during transit or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend that when ordering you allow extra time for completion and dispatch to take into account any unforeseen delays.

Note: Larger or heavier items may incur additional fees. These will be calculated at checkout. Postage costs shown above are for single orders. Delivery time frames are estimates only and subject to AusPost services. All items must be in the same order, delivering to the one address only to qualify for free shipping.

Refunds and Remedies


Exchanges are not offered due to the unique nature of our items and one-off unique pieces. If you have had a change of mind on an item you can apply to return as per the below instructions, then re-order the correct item online.


Change of mind returns are permitted up to seven days from date of purchase. All items must be in their original condition and unworn/unused with all tags and packaging in tact. All items returned must be in re-sellable condition.

Unfortunately, earrings are non-refundable/returnable due to hygiene reasons.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind returns however a store credit or gift voucher can be issued to the same value of the item(s) purchased (postage fee excluded). The Client is responsible for covering postage costs for all returns.

All change of mind returns must be applied for within seven days of delivery via email to hello@earthendeluna.com.au. You will need to provide a brief description of your wish to return. Once approved you will be sent a Unique Returns Number. This number must be clearly shown on the outside of the parcel of your return. Please allow up to seven days from us receiving your items for it to be inspected. Once your return has been processed, we will complete store credit or gift voucher. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

Any items returned to us in a condition that has been worn, used or not in the original/re-sellable condition with tags and packaging, will not be given a store credit and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Until final payment Earthen de Luna retains ownership of all artwork, design architecture and supplies.


Faulty items can be returned within seven days with proof of purchase.

Please check over your items as soon as you receive them, keeping in mind that natural crystals/stones have their own unique personalities/imperfections, no two stones are the same. Their rough shape/size/colour/texture/inclusions etc are not considered as a fault.

Reasonable care must have been taken with the jewellery and crystals. Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by neglect/failing to comply with care instructions provided on our website and care card delivered with purchase.

All returns must be applied for within seven days of delivery via email to hello@earthendeluna.com.au. You will need to provide a brief description of the fault as well as photos of your item and how it is faulty. Once approved you will be sent a Unique Returns Number. This number must be clearly shown on the outside of the parcel of your return. You must email us with your parcels postal tracking number for your return to be accepted. Please allow up to seven days from us receiving your items for it to be inspected. Once your return has been processed, we will complete your refund or store credit. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

Please note that some banks can take an additional 7-10 business days to issue refunds once executed on our end. This time frame is outside of our control.

Return your items to the address provided once you have Unique Return Number (URN). Your URN must be clearly written on the front of your return parcel. Returns without an URN or postal tracking number will not be accepted.


We are not liable for loss of products being returned, so we require you to use a traceable delivery method (tracking number) when sending returns back.

We do not accept cancellations once ordered. All orders made are final and will be posted out as advised. If you choose to return you will need to follow the above return instructions.



Earthen de Luna prefers all communications to be done via email. Having a hard/written copy of all communications enables efficiency and less room for error as all requests are documented and easy to refer back to. If you have placed an order with Earthen de Luna, please check your emails regularly for updates or communication requests.

The staff at Earthen de Luna will not endure hostile, abrupt, or disgruntled communications/interactions with their clients. All communications and interactions between the Design Staff and Clients are to be done in a professional and safe manner to produce top quality products for our clients. Cyber bullying is highly inexcusable and will be reported to the authorities if necessary.

Earthen de Luna has the right to refuse and cancel orders at any time in which either party feels threatened or vulnerable.


In accordance with the Australian Copyright Act (1968), ‘licensing of copyright is subject to a mutual agreement made between client and designer’. Copyright will remain property of Earthen de Luna until such time an agreement is in place.

Earthen de Luna retains full ownership of design concepts and materials it produces. Only finished pieces will be supplied to The Client. Raw/draft/working/source files remain the property of Earthen de Luna unless otherwise negotiated. Unused concepts remain the property of Earthen de Luna and includes design proposals and concepts submitted but not approved for the work outlined.

Earthen de Luna reserve the right to use all artwork produced, concepts produced in the course of the project (including those concepts not selected) and revisions for the purposes of promoting Earthen de Luna in print or digital media portfolios, social media and blogs, except where The Client requests in writing otherwise.


It is agreed that employees of Earthen de Luna shall not at any time either during the continuance of the work outlined or thereafter, except in the course of their duties, divulge any of the confidential affairs of The Client or any of its clients or associated companies to anyone whatsoever without the previous consent in writing of The Client.


We may collect basic user profile information from all of our clients/visitors. We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law. Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.


Data may be used to customize and improve your user experience on our website. All Earthen de Luna employees are familiar with our Confidentiality Policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our customers is only accessible for delivery of ordered goods. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, is protected by the highest standard of external encryption protocols such as Stripe and PayPal, this information is not passed on to us from those third-party payment sites. Whilst we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to customers for any such occurrences.

It is agreed that Earthen de Luna indemnify and hold The Client harmless from and against all claims for injury or death to persons or damage to property (including cost of litigation and legal fees) caused by, arising from or incidental to the services to be performed during the performance of the work outlined, except any such claims which are caused by the negligence of The Client or its employees, and it is agreed that we shall notify The Client in writing of full details of any such claim.

Under no circumstances shall Earthen de Luna, owners, employees or affiliates be liable to The Client for an indirect, direct or consequential loss suffered by The Client for claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of our products and services. Any liability is strictly limited to the direct losses associated with remedial costs of the supplies only, not to include claims for delays, out of sequence working, nonproductive overtime, award of costs, etc. Liability to any third party for any reason is specifically excluded unless separately agreed in writing.

Force Majeure

Earthen de Luna shall not be liable for any failure or delay in supply or delivery of products/services where such failure or delay is wholly or partly due to any cause or circumstances whatsoever outside the reasonable control of Earthen de Luna including but not limited to war, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes or unrest, government restrictions or transport delays, fire, power outages, failure attributable to hosting suppliers, breakdown of plant, theft, vandalism, riots, civil commotions, accidents of any kind or act of terrorism.


Design concepts, product creation and photography are all highly creative and subjective art forms. As such Earthen de Luna take every possible care with professional advice offered and any suggested creative concepts and/or their implementation, however the Earthen de Luna cannot be held responsible for variations between expectation and outcome.

Earthen de Luna uses the term "crystals" to cover geological terms of crystals, rocks, minerals, fossils, and man-made "crystal-like" pieces, in whatever form (polished, natural, shaped, jewellery, essences, oils, etc).

Earthen de Luna wants you to enjoy your crystals. They are amazing gifts from the Earth, and our team personally believe in their beauty, power, and abilities (including metaphysical) to aid all of us to richer, fuller lives. Crystal healing & therapy should be used with the understanding that it is part of a holistic treatment plan alongside medical support and your own power to change your life for the better.

Earthen de Luna reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is The Clients responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. The Client’s continued use of or access to our website for the Terms of constitutes acceptance of those changes.
